Job Summary :
The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced pre / post interventional radiology department within a Level 1 Trauma center, caring for both inpatient and outpatient populations. Responsibilities include pre-procedural preparation, post-procedural recovery, and overnight observation. The role requires strong communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities :
- Provide pre-procedural preparation for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
- Deliver post-procedural recovery and overnight observation care.
- Care for patients boarding overnight pre or post procedure.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Assist with various diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans, MRIs, nuclear medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasounds.
