- Worksite Setting : Outpatient
- Scope of Work : Act as the attending Physician, providing and managing patient care. Services include, but not limited to : provide medical care for urgent, preventative, chronic, and progressive care to pediatric, geriatric, adolescent, and adult patients. Treat full range of family practice cases. Instruct patients on specific treatments. Observe and abide by the medical staff bylaws, service unit policies and procedures and all applicable federal and state rules and regulations. Complete forms directly related to patient care, which must be completed by a physician and issue all patient referrals, as needed.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : MD, DO or equivalent from a school in the United States or Canada. Any state license. Board Certified or Board Eligible. CLIA certified or become certified within one month of employment. BLS or equivalent. CV which must include recent full time employment as a physician within the last 12 months. DEA
