    • A position you’ll love

  • Lead the Newport Beach Healthcare Studio as Studio Principal and be part of the firm-wide Corporate Leadership team
  • Engage with clients from the start to align on goals
  • Collaborate with the Office President and National Healthcare Studio Principal to create a long-term strategic plan
  • Lead the existing body of work with strong clients and a team of architects on clinical projects
  • Maintain autonomy and responsibility for your Studio
  • Benefit from the backing of a large firm with extensive in-house resources

    • Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications

  • Registered Architect
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare architecture and design
  • Deep healthcare experience in the Southern California area
  • Experience as an account or client manager, including financial management
  • Experience managing a team
