Position Overview

As an Advanced Practice Provider in our Neuro ICU, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with severe neurological conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to manage and treat patients in the Neuro ICU.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients in the Neuro ICU.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective patient care.
• Monitor and manage patients' progress, including interpreting diagnostic tests and making treatment adjustments as necessary.
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and care plans.
• Participate in rounds and contribute to the development of care strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and clinical findings.

Qualifications

Salary Range

USD $66.55 - USD $90.00 / Yr.
