Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Special Procedures Tech - Radiology

Job Details : \n

  • Work regular shift from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM

    • \n

  • On-call responsibilities required after regular shift from 5 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM the following morning

    • \n

  • Weekend call is 24 hours

    • \n

  • Minimum of 10 call shifts per month required depending on staffing

    • \n

  • Work with interventional radiology equipment and supplies

    • \n

  • Use Meditech documentation system

    • \n

  • Maintain 1 : 1 patient ratios

    • \n

  • Perform interventional radiology procedures

    • \n

  • Must be a certified radiologic technologist

    • \n

  • Prior experience in interventional radiology specials required

    • \n

  • Surgical scrubs provided by facility

    • \n

  • Position is a contractor replacement role

The organization utilizes Meditech documentation systems and maintains high standards for specialized radiologic procedures. The facility provides surgical scrubs for staff and focuses on interventional radiology services with dedicated technical support staff.
