IT Intern

The IT Specialist position will maintain and improve the technical systems to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work. We are looking for someone who can work part time during the school year and full time during the summer. This position is a fully in-office position.

As an IT Intern, you will :

• Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation performance.
• Provides answers to users by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through corrective steps.
• Ensure the smooth operation of hardware systems by coordinating maintenance and repairs for personal computers.
• Installing new software and hardware components.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
• Ability to travel to different locations.
