Overview Interior Designer (Lead / Senior) – High-End Residential

Join a boutique interior design studio specializing in luxury high-end residential projects with furnishing budgets ranging up to $5M, complemented by select commercial commissions. With a style that is best described as relaxed modern, sophisticated yet livable spaces are designed for beauty, comfort, and longevity.
We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer for our client to play a pivotal role in shaping our projects, leading design teams, and managing every aspect of the creative process. This position is ideal for an experienced designer who thrives in a collaborative, family-like environment, values innovation, and wants to contribute to a happy, welcoming culture while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.

What You’ll Do Lead all phases of design projects, from concept to installation, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
Drive the creative vision and present compelling concepts to clients with confidence and clarity
Manage and mentor design teams, fostering collaboration and growth
Oversee schedules, budgets, and documentation with precision and follow-through
Collaborate directly with discerning clients, delivering designs that exceed expectations
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in high-end residential projects
Degree from an accredited Interior Design program
A comprehensive portfolio showcasing luxury interiors with refined detail and craftsmanship
Proven ability to manage client-facing projects with confidence and grace
Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
A balance of creativity and rigor, with an eye for both aesthetics and project profitability
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire junior team members
