Medical Front office should be familiar with :

• Appointment scheduling, phone etiquette
• Insurance verification
• Patient registration
• Medical terminology Medical Assistants should have experience with :
• Vital signs, patient triage, medication and medical history documentation in EMR
• Urine testing, finger stick, EKG
• Venipuncture / Phlebotomy
