As Facilities Supervisor, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways :

  • Manages ticketing system to assure all facilities needs are acted upon timely.
  • Assists clinical team with new site selection.
  • Manages office relocations and closures.
  • Works with new landlords to complete required information for both parties.
  • Works with landlords or representatives on site buildout and finishes.
  • Works with utility vendors to provide required information.
  • Works with leadership and local teams on all facility's needs.
  • Promotes Elara Caring's philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
  • Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.
  • Performs other duties / projects as assigned.
  • What is required?

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 5+ years' experience in Real Estate, Facilities, or related field within the healthcare industry.
  • 5+ years supervisory experience.
  • Experience within the home health or hospice fields is preferred.
  • Must have a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%.
  • You will report to the Director of Real Estate and Facilities.
