The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This role involves planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs. The RN will manage patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, providing patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models and advocating for evidence-based practices.
