Responsibilities

• Client Consultations : Meet with clients to assess their estate planning needs, discuss goals, and provide tailored legal advice on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Document Drafting : Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, and other legal instruments.
• Tax Planning : Advise clients on federal and state tax implications of estate plans, including strategies to minimize estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
• Trust and Estate Administration : Assist with trust administration, including asset distribution, trust funding, and compliance with fiduciary duties.

Qualifications

Compensation

$140-220k+ depending on experience
