DevOps Engineer Trading Infrastructure

Position Type : FTE

Location : NYC, USA

Salary Range / Rate (Currency) : $120,000 - $180,000 (USD)

As a DevOps Engineer on the Trading Infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining high-performance trading systems. You'll ensure system reliability, deploy trading applications, and contribute to the development of DevOps tools that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Monitor and troubleshoot live trading infrastructure
Maintain daily trading pipelines and system health
Execute deployments of trading systems
Build and improve internal DevOps tools
Manage operational risk during change control in production environments
Handle other assigned duties as needed

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Solid experience with Linux systems and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and log management (e.g., ELK, Splunk)

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond quickly to incidents in a production environment

Understanding of networking, system security, and automation best practices

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required due to frequent collaboration with Mandarin-speaking teams in China
