Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Data Entry Analyst will work with remote and on‐site teams to analyze, interpret and manage data entry outputs. You will ensure that data is accurate, relevant and support decision‐making for our construction operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Review and analyze data entry output, identifying trends, errors and areas for improvement—remote and on‐site.
Provide reports and summaries of key data metrics to stakeholders, including remote team members.
Design and support remote workflows to enhance data entry accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with both remote and field teams in developing data standards and documentation.
Assist in database maintenance, data validation, and remote data cleansing projects.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or certificate in data analytics preferred.
Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
Comfortable working remotely and / or on‐site with hybrid schedule.
Experience in data entry, analysis, reporting or similar roles.
Proficiency in spreadsheet, database tools and ability to learn new remote systems.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certificate preferred. Proven experience in data entry or processing; strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet / database tools. Comfortable working remotely, managing own schedule and workspace. Strong organizational and communication skills.
