One Step Forward ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in home ABA therapy for children in Red Bank, Keansburg, and nearby Monmouth County communities. This flexible part time role is perfect for those available 3–5 afternoons per week who love working with children.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in the home or community

Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

Record data and progress each session

Partner with families to reinforce skills outside therapy

What You’ll Need

Experience working with children (ABA, education, or childcare preferred)

Afternoon availability at least 3 weekdays per week

Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
