Technical Recruiter – Robotics Software (6-Month Contract)

As part of our rapidly growing software recruiting team, we need a Senior Technical Recruiter who will partner with drone teams to attract world-class software engineers with robotics domain expertise.
Responsibilities
Source, track, and manage a high volume of candidates while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.Establish trust and partnership with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables.Build operating rhythm with cross-functional stakeholders to scale and manage company growth.Embed yourself in business and teams to understand product positioning, technical roadmap, and culture.Pitch the team and opportunity to close exceptional technical talent.Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to translate insights into data-driven narrative.Develop recruiting strategies and implement best practices around referrals and process improvements.Serve as subject matter expert in prospecting techniques, web-scraping, and candidate management.Conduct interviews and demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, referral, and SOBO campaigns.Drive diversity hiring initiatives and represent internal DEI efforts.Provide consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.Required Qualifications
6+ years recruiting and sourcing for technical roles; closing top-tier engineering talent (startup / software experience preferred).Experience hiring for robotics facets (computer vision, perception, motion planning, localization, mapping, etc.).4+ years client interaction experience : working with Hiring Managers and Directors to take requirements, review profiles, and update pipeline.Consultative mindset that improves outcomes and candidate experience, earning respect of peers and clients.Strong understanding of technical skills required for engineering positions within the business.Clear, effective communication with candidates to gauge motivation and fit.Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and tracking progress.Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS.Interview techniques and applicant screening methods.Familiarity with diverse sourcing avenues.Preferred Qualifications
