About The Position

Job Description :

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a day shift schedule (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM, Friday–Tuesday) in a hospital setting. The role includes coverage across Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, and Outpatient Rehab as needed. Ideal candidates are flexible, skilled in treating a broad range of patient needs, and comfortable floating between units. Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing and implementing treatment plans, supervising aides / students, and ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

Job Requirements

Required :

Valid CA Physical Therapist License

BLS Certification

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Experience in acute, inpatient, and outpatient rehab preferred

Comfortable working Friday–Tuesday schedule

Ability to float between IP, ARU, and OP units

Strong documentation and communication skills

Compliance with state / federal regulations and facility policies

Willingness to supervise assistants / aides and serve as a clinical instructor
