Associate Attorney - Construction Litigation

Overview

Cullen and Dykman LLP is a full-service law firm that has been serving clients since 1850. We are seeking multiple construction litigation associates for our growing construction litigation group. The positions are based in our Manhattan office but there is a flexible remote rotation permitted.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a construction litigation associate with experience in construction / NYS Labor Law defense, construction defect, and property damage practice areas.
• Handle depositions and court appearances.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support ongoing matters and risk management needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $85,000-$150,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
