Allied Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity :

Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology

Job Details :

Work Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM

8-hour shifts with full-time schedule

Rotating on-call responsibilities as needed

Weekend on-call coverage when required

Operate fluoroscopy, computed tomography, laser, and ultrasonography equipment during vascular and neuroradiology procedures

Perform both circulating and scrubbing roles during interventional procedures

Assist with patient care, teaching, and assessment within scope of practice

Manage inventory and coordinate scheduling for interventional labs

Troubleshoot basic equipment maintenance and participate in quality assurance

Ensure proper scanning and storage of completed exams in PACS system

Function as PACS Superuser and follow downtime procedures

Graduate of accredited school of Radiology Technology required

1 year of training / experience in special procedures preferred

Required certifications : Radiography (R) by ARRT, Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) by ARRT

Texas state licensure (MRT by TMBB) required

BLS certification required (AHA only)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred (AHA only)

Basic computer experience required

Must demonstrate flexibility to work other shifts and campuses as needed
