This position is located in Fort Worth, TX. You will be the Lead Business Analyst for the T50 Finance portfolio. Our team is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Business operations to include proposal development and negotiations, program execution activities, profitability analysis, OSEC (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash) commitments, and internal / external program reporting. As the Lead Business Analyst, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Portfolio Lead to oversee this portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business analysts, providing financial oversight, and ensuring portfolio contracts have sound cost and financial baselines.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading and providing oversight to a team of business analysts supporting the portfolio
• Ensuring portfolio contracts have sound cost and financial baselines
• Conducting financial risk assessments and ensuring accurate financial forecasts
• Collaborating with Program Managers, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the portfolio's financial performance and identifying areas for improvement
