At Expansion Speech Therapy , we are proud to provide child-centered, neuro-affirming therapy in both school and outpatient settings. We’re expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Pediatric SLP to support children across home, clinic, and school environments.

Whether you’re running a language group in a school, supporting communication goals in our Fort Washington clinic, or collaborating with families and teachers, you’ll be part of a team that values both clinical growth and genuine joy in the work we do.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Direct Patient Care (School + Community + Outpatient Settings – 75%) :

• Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy for children with communication needs ages 3–18.
• Treat a variety of diagnoses including articulation / phonology delays, language impairments, social communication challenges, Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC), Gestalt Language Processing, and executive functioning difficulties.
• Deliver services in a charter school, community, and our outpatient clinic .
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to promote skill generalization.
