Job Description :

As the Director of Training and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational success while championing training and development initiatives across your region. You will conduct regular site visits to ensure operational standards are met or exceeded, oversee the rollout of new products and promotions, and ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to company standards.

In this role, you will provide leadership and coaching to Area / District Managers, ensuring all locations are fully staffed with skilled and certified talent. A key focus will be on talent development, including implementing training programs, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.

You will also monitor and analyze key financial metrics, such as cost of sales, labor, and other controllable expenses, and coach field leadership to implement corrective actions to improve profitability. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and safety standards, while managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests and leading regular leadership meetings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct frequent site visits to ensure operational and brand standards are consistently met.
• Oversee the rollout of new products, promotions, and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
• Lead and mentor Area / District Managers, ensuring locations are fully staffed and talent is developed.
• Champion training and certification programs to build a high-performing team.
• Analyze financial performance, including budgets and P&L statements, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage CAPEX requests and oversee facility and equipment maintenance.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
