We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and growth-minded Operations & Client Success Manager to help us run efficient systems, support our clients, and maintain a smooth, mission-aligned office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Systems
- Manage tools & systems (QuickBooks, CRM’s, Google Workspace, Notion, Kajabi, Zoom, etc.)
- Track metrics, process billing, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Coordinate with bookkeepers and support financial processes
- MacBook proficient
Client Support
Greet and onboard clients with professionalism and careSupport coaching prep, scheduling, and materialsOrganize client documents and follow up post-sessionsOffice & Team Management
Maintain office supplies and equipmentSupport hiring, onboarding, and employee reviewsFoster a positive, productive office cultureCommunication & Scheduling
Manage calendars, emails, and client communicationsAssist with basic marketing and outreach effortsWhat We’re Looking For
2+ years of administrative or operations experience (preferred)Strong organizational and communication skillsTech-savvy with tools like CRM, Notion, QuickBooks, Zoom, Kajabi, etc.Comfortable managing multiple systems and responsibilitiesSelf-motivated, reliable, and eager to growBachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
