Neighborhood Health – Dental Sterilization Tech

Full-Time, 40 Hours

As a Dental Sterilization Tech, you will :

• Prepare operatories and tray set-ups for patient examination and maintain appropriate inventory of supplies in all exam areas and collect and prepare biohazard material for removal.
• Look for ways to improve sterilization procedures, increase productivity and improve utilization of resources. Assist with maintenance of dental equipment.
• Remains current in advanced practice changes within area and where relevant, translate these findings into practice.
• Diligently work with providers and co-workers to ensure all instruments are properly cleaned, packaged, sterilized and prepared as necessary for each procedure and daily use and completed in a timely manner.
• Assists with maintenance of dental equipment (i.e., lab trays, pouring models, etc.)
