Job Summary :

As a Maintenance Tech at Grainhouse Grove, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and functionality of our healthcare facility. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare / medical industry located in Battle Creek, Michigan. This role is an individual contributor position and reports to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs for the facility including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs
• Respond to and address maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility at all times
• Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs and renovations
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Report any potential safety hazards or issues to the Maintenance Director
• Assist with snow removal and lawn care as needed
