Key Responsibilities :

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing members (minimum 60 calls per day) in a fast-paced call center environment.

Discuss members' care needs and medical reasons to successfully enroll them into Care Management programs.

Serve as a primary point of contact for members, answering inbound calls, and resolving inquiries related to scheduling and ongoing education.

Provide support to members in utilizing new medical devices and connecting them to appropriate health plan and community resources, including those addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH).

Explain care plan procedures, protocols, and existing benefits and resources.

Support member onboarding by sending welcome letters, related correspondence, and educational materials.

Document and maintain non-clinical member records accurately in accordance with state and regulatory guidelines, using systems like True Care and other multiple systems.

Flexibility is key, as the types of calls handled may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications : Required :

High School Diploma or GED.

At least 2 years of prior healthcare experience.

1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced call center environment, specifically with a strong emphasis on outbound calls (70-80 per day).

Demonstrated sales-related conversational interviewing skills with the ability to "pitch" programs to existing members.

Strong customer service knowledge and familiarity with healthcare terminology.

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel for basic reporting) and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems.

A strong production / sales-based mindset, with performance monitored on enrollments, call volume, and caseload.

Preferred :

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation :

This position offers competitive compensation at $25.00 per hour.
