Job Title : Packaging Designer (Creative project management)

Duration : 3 Months Contract with Possible extension

Location : HYBRID in Seattle, WA 98134 (3days a week Onsite)

Payrate : $43.00 per hr on W2

Job Description

This job contributes to

  • success by supporting the efficient review and routing of packaging artwork in collaboration with our Partnerships and internal
  • teams. The Creative Project Specialist ensures brand compliance, facilitates cross-functional feedback, and manages artwork submissions through Adobe WorkFront, helping to maintain the integrity and consistency of
  • packaging.

Daily Responsibilities :

Download and conduct an initial review of packaging artworks from Nestls system.

Route GCA packaging artwork submissions to Brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders (IP, MarCom, R&D, Global Coffee, Ethical Sourcing, Regulatory).

Utilize Adobe WorkFront to manage and track artwork routing efficiently.

Summarize and communicate actionable feedback from cross-functional teams to Nestl in a timely manner.

Ensure all artwork complies with Starbucks brand guidelines and intellectual property standards.

Technology requirements :

Microsoft Office Suite

Adobe WorkFront (or similar artwork routing and proofing tools)

Degree or certifications required

High School Diploma

Years experience

1-2 years of exp in artwork review and routing (pref consumer packaging)

Required background

Attention to detail

Strong communication (written and verbal)

Proficiency in Adobe WorkFront or similar artwork routing / proofing tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to independently summarize and communicate feedback.

Artwork review and routing

Exp in a matrixed organization

Cross functional work exp

Compliance with brand guidelines and IP principles

PM experience

Creative coursework (or relevant work experience)

Nice-to-Haves :

Exp with consumer packaging
