Radiology Technologist
Overview
We seek a skilled and compassionate Radiology Technologist to join a respected acute care hospital in Northern California . Working under the supervision of the Department Director and Radiology Supervisor—and in collaboration with radiologists—this role performs advanced diagnostic imaging procedures using age-specific criteria and established departmental standards.
The Radiology Technologist plays an essential role in providing high-quality imaging services while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety, accuracy, and comfort. The position also serves as a clinical and technical resource for less experienced staff, supporting a culture of excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging procedures according to established protocols and physician orders.
Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to radiation protection standards and departmental policy.
Deliver professional, compassionate service to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and peers to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic results.
Participate in departmental quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technologists and students.
Participate in rotating on-call assignments to ensure around-the-clock imaging coverage.
Travel to designated off-site locations to perform imaging studies as needed.
Qualifications
Education : Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education & Accreditation of the AMA or equivalent).
Licensure / Certification :
Current California Radiologic Technologist License (CRT) .
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Experience :
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a hospital-based radiologic technologist preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $95,950 – $120,432, commensurate with experience.
Employment Type : Full-time, exempt.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek a professional who is fully licensed and certified (CRT, ARRT, BLS), demonstrates strong technical expertise, and brings at least one year of hospital-based imaging experience.
