What you'll do :
Manage the team in prioritizing all labor scheduling activities in order to meet the needs of the customer and maintain a high-quality fleet.Responsible for selection of the proper technical resources (internal and / or external) needed for executing an activity in compliance with Company and legal requirements.Ability to use programs (Field Service Lightning and M3); and analyze reports to better utilize workforce group and share resources from the workforce to reduce subcontractor costs and improve efficiency.Collaborates and builds strong relationships with operations team to build cross-team effectiveness and removes organizational barriers to strong teamwork, collaboration, in the delivery labor resource requirements.Measures of success : customer satisfaction, technician productivity, efficiency, job execution, labor overtime, commercial management, and fleet availability.Responsible for managing workload and balance across the team as well as managing recruitment, onboarding, personal development, performance management, and team building.You'll have the following skills and experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the rental or utilities industry, managing the provision of technical labor to customers.5-7 years of leadership experience preferred.Proven experience in technical problem solving, working alongside the field & shop schedulers to resolve issues as they arise throughout the day.Successful track record and experience in leading operational functions driving consistent improvement in key operational metrics.Successful experience in financial management against measurable performance standards, leading / managing an Operations Team.PC literate in a Microsoft environment and ERP systems required.Find out more and apply now.
