Shift : PT (20hrs) - Days

The Clinical Nurse Specialist demonstrates advanced and specialized clinical knowledge and skills to facilitate the provision of patient / family-focused care to promote health and / or well-being improve quality of life; drive practice changes throughout the organization and ensure use of evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes. This individual provides expertise and support either directly or indirectly by influencing patients / families, nurses / nursing practice, and organization / systems through direct care, leadership, coaching, research, ethical decision making, collaboration, and consultation.

Education :

• Master's degree required. Doctorate preferred.
