Associate Dentist – East Peoria, IL

Full-Time | Mentorship + Implant Training | Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance

An established, privately owned dental practice in East Peoria, IL is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its growing team. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a dentist who’s motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Whether you're a new graduate eager to learn or an experienced provider seeking a collaborative environment, this role offers comprehensive mentorship , advanced implant and aesthetic training , and a supportive clinical team that values excellence and growth.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
  • Alternating Saturdays : 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual earning potential : $180,000 – $250,000+ (based on skill, effort, and production)
  • Full benefits package including health and vision insurance

  • Hands-on implant and aesthetic dentistry training with one-on-one mentorship

    • Role Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive general dentistry
  • Diagnose and present treatment plans confidently
  • Provide preventative, restorative, cosmetic, and implant services
  • Educate patients and build lasting trust
  • Lead and collaborate with your clinical support team
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records

    • Ideal Candidate

  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and team-driven
  • Excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues
  • Eager to grow clinically, especially in implant and aesthetic dentistry
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

    • Requirements

  • Active Illinois dental license (or eligibility)
  • Implant or cosmetic experience is a plus, but not required
  • Recent grads are welcome — mentorship is built into your experience
