🎯 Key Responsibilities :

As an Assistant Event Manager, you’ll help lead our live outreach initiatives and community-based fundraising campaigns.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events and outreach programs for nonprofit partners

Oversee on-site logistics including setup, vendor communication, and event breakdown

Lead and support event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations

Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to maximize event visibility

Track and report on event performance metrics and outcomes

Ensure all events meet client expectations, brand standards , and fundraising goals
