Pay is commensurate with experience within a range of $18.75 - $21.50 per hour. Position is Full-time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt, benefits eligible. Responsibilities : The primary responsibility of the Behavioral Health Specialist will be to provide a range of community based services specified youth and their families.

Specific duties include but not limited to :

• providing services as a member of a pool of BHS staff, to be activated on an as-needed basis for attendant service;
• assisting in developing and providing structured activities;
• maintaining a safe and productive environment during the time spent in attendance with the child / adolescent;
• providing transportation to and from various activities or appointments as indicated by the treatment plan or as instructed by the QMHP;
• providing services in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, the child / adolescent's home, the school, or another community setting;
• completing online State training for attendant and respite;
• regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
