Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) has been engaged by a global consumer products leader to identify an accomplished Quality Manager to drive manufacturing excellence across its growing Consumer Brands division.

This role is ideal for a proven quality leader who thrives on process improvement, team collaboration, and building systems that ensure exceptional standards in manufacturing and hygiene operations.

What You'll Do :

Lead and oversee all plant quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer expectations.

Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing to maintain product and process integrity.

Develop and maintain audit readiness for external, regulatory, and customer audits , ensuring zero disruption to operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives , corrective actions, and preventive measures using data-driven analysis and root-cause methodologies.

Champion hygiene and quality culture across the organization coaching teams, promoting accountability, and ensuring product excellence.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Quality, or related field (required).

10+ years of progressive experience in Quality or Hygiene Management within manufacturing or consumer goods.

Expertise in ISO, SPC / SQC, Lean, Six Sigma , and process improvement tools.

Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional collaboration.

Quality certifications (ASQ, Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) preferred.
