Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Job Title : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based
Location : The School District of Desoto County Arcadia, FL
Position Type : Full-Time, Onsite
Dates : August 4, 2025 May 28, 2026
Hours : 37.5 hours per week (MondayFriday, school schedule)
Caseload / Details :
School-based setting within The School District of Desoto County
Supporting students with speech and language needs across grade levels (specific caseload details will be provided during the interview process)
Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
Develop and implement IEPs, conduct evaluations, and provide both individual and group therapy
Number of Positions : 1
Requirements :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
