The Project Support Coordinator role is well-suited for someone with experience in restoration, construction support, or dispatch who wants to continue building a career on the operations side of the industry. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scheduling of crews, equipment, and subcontractors for water, fire, and mold restoration projects
• Enter and maintain accurate project information in DryBook, WorkCenter, and scheduling tools
• Track project progress, assist with inspection scheduling, and support project managers in keeping jobs on schedule
• Respond to customer calls with professionalism, providing updates and routing information to the right team members
• Maintain organized records of project activities, field notes, and communications
• Work closely with both office staff and field teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent follow-through
