Early Learning Assistant Director

Bright Light Academy is seeking a mature, experienced Assistant Director to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have at least an Associate's Degree or higher in Elementary, Special or Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Children & Families with at least two years of experience working in early learning. Some administrative or supervisory experience is preferrable. Applicants must meet all of the requirements to be considered.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assisting in administering the program’s objectives & activities.
• Coordinating & planning daily activities with / group supervisors & assistant group supervisors in all age groups.
• Maintaining current & up-to-date records on all students including (but not limited to) :

Physicals, clearances, continuing ed., assessments, emergency forms, medication forms, observations, behavior reports & boo-boo reports.
