Pay range : $23 / hr - $24 / hr

Schedule : Mon – Fri

Job Overview :

We are looking for an Operations Planner to join the team! This role manages supply chain planning, costing, financial communication, on-time delivery, and inventory for specific business categories. This role is a trusted advisor for both internal cross-functional partners and external vendors. This person has exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and influencing skills, and is motivated working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities : Vendor Management

• Responsible for ordering and management of Component Inventory and Finished Goods
• Manage S&OP between the vendor and the business
• Ensure vendor On-Time & Complete (OT&C) accountability is at 95% or higher
• Ensure finished product is delivered to warehouses in a timely manner; work in conjunction with vendors to prioritize production
• Expedite shipments / production to meet speed initiatives
• Short-term and long-term capacity planning
• Issued components and finished good purchase orders and negotiate with vendors to secure production
• Communicate new launch forecasts and medium-range receipt plans
• Partner with vendors to identify future supply chain requirements
