Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including Chapters 7, 11, and 13.

Represent clients in bankruptcy court hearings, motions, and adversary proceedings.

Draft and review bankruptcy petitions, schedules, plans, and related pleadings.

Advise clients on debt restructuring, creditor rights, and asset protection strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to manage case strategy, timelines, and compliance.

Maintain strong client communication and provide practical legal guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.

3+ years of experience in bankruptcy law (debtor, creditor, or trustee representation).

Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.
