job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential issues. Maintain a visible presence and observe for any situations that may require a security-related response. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and visitors as required. Complete reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures. Follow instructions from Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding site-specific duties and responsibilities. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Professional - Unarmed Government Facility Patrol
As a Security Professional - Unarmed Government Facility Patrol in Sterling, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.
Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter unwanted activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and working together with integrity to create a positive experience for everyone onsite.

Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 30 AM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
