Lead Caregiver / Office Support Position

Position Summary : San Diego Compassionate Caregivers is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Lead Caregiver who will also provide part-time support in our office. This hybrid role is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in both client care and administrative responsibilities. The Lead Caregiver will provide high-quality non-medical home care services to clients, mentor and support other caregivers, and assist with office operations such as scheduling, client follow-up, and caregiver coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

Caregiving Duties (Field Work)

• Provide compassionate, reliable, and professional care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
• Train, mentor, and support new and existing caregivers to ensure quality standards of care.
• Conduct client and caregiver visits to monitor care and report concerns to the management team.
• Serve as a role model by demonstrating best practices in caregiving and client interaction.

Office Support Duties (Administrative Work)
