UT | Account Representative Hybrid – Hybrid Opportunity

Location : South Jordan, Utah, United States

Pay : $22–$23 / hour | 40h workweek

We're seeking an Account Representative with 6 to 2 years of experience (including internships) to join the team of a leading investment banking firm.

Ideal Candidate :

  • ? Recent grad with a Bachelor's
  • ? Experience or internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred.
  • ? Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preference for candidates with at least one of the following criteria :

  • College Degree
  • Previous contact center experience

    • What You'll Do :

  • Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on the clients accounts.
  • Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency , consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
