AUTOMOTIVE BILLER / DMV TITLE CLERK

Excellent Pay starting at $25 per hour based on experience

Previous Titling and / or Automotive Billing experience preferred.

North Coast Subaru is seeking to hire a Full-time Automotive Biller / DMV Title Clerk. Ideal candidates will have previous Titling and / or Automotive Billing experience at a Car Dealership. Responsibilities Biller / DMV Title Clerk :

  • Prepare title and registration documents accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare out-of-state title work and submit to a third-party agency as necessary
  • Issue customer refunds
  • Schedule reconciliation
  • Perform other duties as requested to assure optimum service levels

    • Qualifications / Requirements Biller / DMV Title Clerk :

  • Prior knowledge in DMV and Titling procedures for New York preferred
  • Automotive Billing experience at a Car Dealership preferred
  • Other dealership office experience is a plus!
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience with accounting software and other account functions is a PLUS!
  • Organizational and phone skills are required
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team-player
  • Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
