Compensation & Schedule

$95 per shift on Sundays (average 3–4 hours)

$70 per shift Monday–Thursday (average 3–4 hours)

Shifts start at 6 : 00 PM on Sundays and 7 : 00 PM Monday through Thursday

Paid training, paid holidays, and opportunities for advancement

What You'll Be Doing

Walk the property and collect bagged trash / recycling directly from residents' doors.

Carry bags (up to 50 lbs) downstairs and load them into your pickup truck .

Transport collected trash to the onsite compactor or designated dumpsters.

Provide dependable, consistent service to keep the community clean and satisfied.

What We Require

Pickup truck required (must be able to haul collected trash).

Smartphone with a data plan for communication and tracking.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Evening availability Sunday–Thursday on a consistent schedule.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and physical stamina.
