Must be able to push, pull, move, and / or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and / or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet. Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.

Are you a detail-oriented person who enjoys bringing enrichment and commitment to the daily lives of the elderly? At Viva Memory Care at Dresher, located in Suburban Philadelphia you'll be a helping hand in the overall care of our residents in the place they call home.
What You'll Do :
- Administer Responsible for the accurate and timely distribution and documentation of medication for residents in accordance with each resident's physician's orders and applicable regulations.
- Engage assist with resident participation in activities / other community programming while respecting individual preferences and abilities.
- Build help form community among our resident population.
- Document Report and record observations of changes in residents' condition to director or supervisor in the daily logbook. Transfer relevant information to the next shift through the shift-to-shift verbal report.
- Collaboration work with the Director of Nursing / Assistant Director of Nursing to bring life to the community.
