- Book Freight from assigned customers
- Manage assigned customers and carriers
- Negotiate rates with customers and carriers
- Find available carriers, assign carriers to freight
- Dispatch and track loads through entire process
- Generate business leads
- Acquire new customers and increase loads with existing customers
