Windom Area Health is seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Events and Public Relations Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in promoting organizational initiatives, services, and events within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities include planning and executing events, supporting community outreach, developing communication strategies, and enhancing visibility of our programs and services. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field (preferred) and at least one year of healthcare experience is a plus. The position is full-time (1.0 FTE), eligible for benefits including a generous PTO program. Some weekend and evening hours may be required for events.
