About the role

The Creative Production Specialist is a passionate storyteller and pillar of support for content creation across the organization. They have a strong base of knowledge in editing and capturing content in a variety of forms from podcast audio to video and event photography. The Creative Production Specialist will collaborate closely with Content Creator / Videographer, Content Strategist, as well as a variety of internal and external stakeholders to execute content aligned with the credit union\'s brand and storytelling standards.

This position has a starting hourly rate of $24.23 , but your offer amount may be increased with relevant work experience and transferrable skills.

A Day in the life of a Creative Production Specialist

• Capture and edit high-quality video, audio, and photography content in support of storytelling and credit union strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders to create and edit content.
• Maintain Digital Asset Manager (DAM) for all final assets to support overall creative efforts.
• Contribute to post-production process using required software to finalize material.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors, team members, and leadership to execute studio and on-location shoots.
• Uphold compliance requirements by ensuring the inclusion of language requirements, disclosures, etc. in graphic and video edits.
• Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
