Senior Field Manager
Directly manage and mentor a Field Manager and a team of field superintendents across multiple commercial construction projects. Provide high-level support and guidance to project managers, helping resolve technical challenges, schedule conflicts, and resource issues. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety protocols, and construction best practices. Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to evaluate progress, quality, safety, and workforce productivity. Collaborate with Field Manager and superintendents to develop and maintain realistic, efficient construction schedules. Assist in pre-construction planning, constructability reviews, and project logistics coordination.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and staffing needs, adjusting field operations as necessary to meet project goals. Participate in subcontractor and supplier selection and evaluation. Serve as a key liaison between field teams and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of goals, issues, and progress. Support client relations by representing the company professionally on site and during project meetings. Identify skill gaps and training needs within the field team. Mentor superintendents and emerging leaders to develop the next generation of field leadership.

Required Education :
BS Degree in Construction Management or Business with a minimum of ten years' experience in Project Management required. OSHA 30 certification.
Preferred Education : None
In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of field superintendent experience with at least 7 years in a lead superintendent position.
