The Pet Stop is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have veterinary experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a CSR, you will be the face of our hospital. You will be first the first face they see when they arrive, and the last person they see when they are leaving. You should be comfortable with multiple phone lines, email, faxes, invoicing and assisting with call backs, questions, and general knowledge.

Main Responsibilities :

• Answering phones
• Making appointments
• Filtering and directing question and concerns to / from medical team
• Assisting where needed
• Stocking
• Keeping reception area clean and welcoming

What you'll need :

This is a full time (part time) position. Compensation is $18 / hr+, depending on experience. Full time employees are eligible for paid time off, benefits, continuing education and more!
