WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Foundation Repair Technician, you will be responsible for supporting commercial & residential foundation repair, soil stabilization, or concrete lifting & leveling projects. Career advancement is available. To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to communicate, work hard, and collaborate.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general construction work, using hand tools, and lifting materials as directed by the site supervisor; Construction work may include any of the following : crawlspace work, outside drilling, pile drilling, machinery operation, or concrete work
• Understand project schedules, assume additional responsibilities, and work overtime hours as needed to meet project deadlines
• Work cohesively with team members to exceed client expectations, ensuring a positive work environment
• Maintain equipment daily to ensure it functions properly and safely
• Align the work with Helicon's culture and strategic goals Stay True, Communicate Clearly, Forecast Needs + Outperform
• Work with the team on mutually agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs)
